Awaken Worship

Awakening is birthed out of New Life Worship Center in Smithfield, RI. They lead worship both within Awakening Youth (the student ministry), and many of the main services at New Life, as well as at their annual Awakening Conference.   Drew Romano (Lead vocal & guitar), Joshua Foster (Guitar), Aaron Braga (Bass), Isabelle Morimoto (Keys & Vocals) & Bobby Rubicine (Drums) decided to come together more concretely and form the band, Awakening. They are all like minded when it comes to music and share the same dream, to create music with a purpose. They want to reach people all over the world to bring hope to broken lives, reach out to those that are hurting and speak up for those that don’t have a voice. “The band is secondary compared to our purpose. Music is the vehicle we use to be able to impact lives,” said the lead singer, Drew Romano. The bands drummer added, “It is something bigger than ourselves.” Awakening’s first full length album “No Other Name” is available now on iTunes, check it out today.
