Dougal

by  Jason BirchmeierOne of the most well-known happy hardcore artists of the 90s, Dougal (born Paul Clarke) first made a name for himself as a DJ before starting his own label, Essential Platinum, and producing a number of tracks for the label in mostly collaborative settings alongside such other producers as Micky Skeedale, Hixxy, and DNA. He contributed to the Bonkers series of happy hardcore mix albums.
