Mint

Mint是成立于1999年4月的一个比利时乐队。创作的主线还是以小厂牌的独立音乐为主。歌颂的方面很广，有爱情、亲情、学业、友情和没头没脑的烦恼……相对于英国、瑞典等音乐高产地，德国、比利时、保加利亚这些偏走小独立，非主流的音乐的国家常常有令人惊喜的作业交出。Formed in 1996, the New York City trio Mint (John Nickles -- guitar/vocals, Chris Shea -- bass, and a series of drummers) spotlight ready-for-radio hard pop, à la such late-'90s chart-toppers as Matchbox 20 and Fastball. Playing regularly at such popular N.Y.C. nightspots as CBGB, the Continental, and Luna Lounge, the band issued their self-titled debut album in 2000 (issuing it on their own label), and garnering favorable reviews in such publications as CMJ, where they earned an "A&R Pick." Their sophomore effort was issued a year later, American Style, which picked up where the debut left off.
