Artist: Randy Genre: Heavy Metal Country: Denmark Randy was a heavy metal band formed 1981 in Randers, Denmark by members: Jørgen Viftrup Jensen - Lead Guitar / Vocals, Brian Andersen - Bass / Vocals, Torben Pape - Drums / Vocals and Jan Bjerremann Jensen (Buller) - Guitar / Vocals. Jan and Torben later quit the band and Søren Højstrøm joined on drums. In 1986 Randy released their debut; a 7" single entitled Shadows Are Falling. It wast mostly sold locally but also around Europe, among others in Greece where it still has a steady fan club! The band also released a 7-track demo in 1987 before they split-up. Today Søren and Torben plays together in the band Blueshot.
